Our Commitment to You

Every item in our shop is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, texture, or size are part of what makes each piece unique — and not considered defects. We want you to love what you receive, and we're happy to work with you if something isn't right.

Returns

We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@designedtorest.com within the return window. Items sent back without prior communication may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items of equal value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can confirm the exchange item is in stock.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order, and don't hesitate to ask questions first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost in transit. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim or find a solution. Please reach out and we'll work through it together.
